The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: Client, You and Your refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. The Company, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to our Company. Party, Parties, or Us, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Contractor Tool Supply’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Florida.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
License, Copyright and Intellectual Property:
Unless otherwise stated, Contractor Tool Supply and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material utilized on our site.
All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from www.contractortool.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material without written consent.
- Sell, rent or sub-license material.
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material unless authorized to do so by customer service.
- Redistribute content (unless content is specifically made for redistribution (ie: ad or sale flyer) and said redistribution directs you back to Contractor Tool Supply).
All sales and promotions are first come, first serve (while supplies last). While it is our desire to always meet the customers demand, there may be situations where supply is limited or where the item is no longer available even after an order has been placed. In this event you will be promptly notified and not charged or refunded for anything that this not available. Further, it is important to note that prices are subject to change at any time.
When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at this time. Please note that you must notify us of any defective, damaged or missing items within 7 business days of receipt. Please call our Customer Service at 1-352-431-3320 (or email via firstname.lastname@example.org) with any claims or questions, you may have.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery (Dewalt branded items may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery). Items returned within 30 days which are still new, unopened and sellable in new condition will be given a full refund, excluding any shipping charges if applicable. There is a restocking fee of up to 100% which applies to returns that are not in brand new or sellable condition including the packaging or which are materially different from what was originally shipped. All returns are subject to approval and require an RMA. Please contact customer service as indicated above in order to obtain the approval and RMA number. Return shipping shall be paid at the buyers’ expense unless the return is due to fault on the part of Contractor Tool Supply.
Please allow 7 business days for returns to be inspected and processed once we receive the items. The money will be refunded to the original payment method(s) you have used during the purchase.

Contractor Tool Supply uses UPS, FedEx and USPS to ship its products to you, unless the items ordered are bulky or overweight in which case, we utilize UPS Freight. Transit time within the continental US is 1 to 5 business days. Guaranteed delivery times are for the amount of time the package spent in transit. Packaging and pulling of inventory is not included in the transit time. Generally most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. All business transit times exclude holidays.
Delays due to Acts of God, weather or other unusual circumstances are not refundable.
In order to protect our customers, we reserve to right to ship any order signature required.
We offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select expedited shipping rates. These shipping speeds do not include the time required to prepare your order. Certain items cannot be expedited due to hazardous material regulations.
Small parcel orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada must be shipped air freight. We only offer 2-Day and Overnight shipping speeds on orders to these states.
Large, Bulky and Oversize Items:
Items that are large, heavy and/or bulky may require a Freight delivery. Free shipping promotions only apply to items that can be shipped via UPS Ground. Please contact us for information about shipping freight/LTL orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
Please note that freight items require you to select to either have liftgate service or to not. Without liftgate service, you will be responsible for removing/offloading your order from the truck. If your site has a forklift or loading dock, you may wish to choose the no liftgate option. If liftgate is required at time of delivery but not selected during ordering, you will be responsible for any additional charges.
Tracking for your order will be readily accessible in your account as well as emailed to you. Generally tracking numbers will populate automatically within 1-2 business days after placing an order (excluding holidays). If after this period, you still do not see the tracking results please contact email@example.com.
Contractor Tool Supply is proud to offer shipping options to our international customers. If an option does not automatically populate at the time of checkout, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that any and all international tarries, taxes and handling fees are your responsibility. Further, it is important to note that all of our tools are designed for U.S. power, and may or may not operate in your country.
Order Cutoff Time:
It is always our goal to process orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders received by 2 pm Eastern Standard Time will ship within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays.
Claims and Damaged Goods:
Should your items arrive damaged you may either refuse delivery and have the driver note the damage at the time of delivery or you may accept it and contact our customer service department (email@example.com) for assistance with either a replacement or a partial credit if applicable.
Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with us within 7 business days of delivery.
If your item has not yet arrived after the expected delivery date has passed, please file a missing package trace with the carrier and email our customer service department. After a claim is opened, please allow up to 72 hours for the shipping courier to file a trace on the package. Once we have confirmed that the package has been lost in transit, we will be happy to assist with a replacement if available or issue a full refund back to the original method of payment.
With the exception of manufacturer-shipped products, all items included in your PayPal order must ship together at the same time. Please keep this in mind when ordering Special Order products, as they may require an extended fulfillment time (Special Order items are clearly marked with estimated times on the product page). If by chance an item which is not available to ship at the time the order is received, we may refund that item at our discretion. A member of our customer service team will reach out to you should this happen and try to provide the best possible resolution to meet your needs.
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $99. This offer is limited to items below 140lbs, and which meet certain size and packaging constraints. Items that cannot be shipped via UPS Ground do not qualify for these promotions. Freight & Truck Line and/or expedited shipments are not Ground shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.
Other Shipping Policies:
We are unable to change the shipping address after the order has shipped, this policy is an effort to prevent fraudulent orders being rerouted after checkout and thus protect you our valued customer. If you wish to change the delivery address for your purchase, contact our customer service department for assistance. We will have the carrier return the shipment back to our warehouse, where possible and a refund will be processed for your purchase. If the item has already been delivered, the item will need to be returned first in order for a refund to be issued or a replacement sent.
For orders where the customer receives a free item with their purchase as part of a promotion, all items must be in stock to ship. This may result in a shipping delay until all items involved in said promotion are in stock.
In order to prevent fraudulent purchases, some orders are flagged for review prior to shipping. The criteria which may result in an order hold includes, but is not limited to: the order total, billing and shipping not matching, number of payment attempts, items purchased and account history. In such cases the customer may be contacted to provide additional information before the order is released.
Your Account, Your Way:
You can update and correct your personal information by simply logging into your account. You may additionally modify or remove any of your personal information at any time by contacting customer service firstname.lastname@example.org. In accordance with applicable law, your controls and choices may include:
- i) Correcting, updating, and deleting your account;
- ii) Choosing or changing your choices for subscriptions, newsletters, and alerts;

Applying to be Tax Exempt:
Individuals or businesses who qualify to make tax exempt purchases may apply to have their customer account marked as tax exempt. After approval, any purchases made using your account will automatically omit the tax rate in checkout. This exemption will only apply when shipping to the state(s) in which you have submitted approved documentation. All coupons are subject to approval and may be cancelled or removed at anytime at the sole discretion of Contractor Tool Supply. Coupons may be excluded from sale or promotional items.
Out of Stock and Special-Order Policy:
While it is our goal to maintain stock of most items we sell, some items may periodically be out of stock or be special order items. In this case we will generally display this on the item page or contact you promptly if such was not already displayed at the time of order. Generally special-order items ship within 7-21 days, subject to manufacturer availability. Our customer service team will attempt to convey this as information is available to us from our manufacturers.
