For DeWalt products, returns or exchanges are accepted within 90 days of delivery.

Items must be new, unopened, and in sellable condition.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including built-to-order products, gas-powered equipment, pneumatic tools, ladders, fall protection equipment, batteries, used consumables, guide rails longer than 95 inches, cast iron equipment, and clothing.

Before returning any item, request a Return Authorization (RA) through our self-serve return portal.

Once approved, you'll receive an email with your RA form and return shipping label.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
