Return Policy

When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at this time. Please note that you must notify us of any defective, damaged or missing items within 7 business days of receipt. Please call our Customer Service at 1-352-431-3320 (or email via [email protected]) with any claims or questions, you may have.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery (Dewalt branded items may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery). Items returned within 30 days which are still new, unopened and sellable in new condition will be given a full refund, excluding any shipping charges if applicable. There is a restocking fee of up to 100% which applies to returns that are not in brand new or sellable condition including the packaging or which are materially different from what was originally shipped. All returns are subject to approval and require an RMA. Please contact customer service as indicated above in order to obtain the approval and RMA number. Return shipping shall be paid at the buyers’ expense unless the return is due to fault on the part of Contractor Tool Supply.

Please allow 7 business days for returns to be inspected and processed once we receive the items. The money will be refunded to the original payment method(s) you have used during the purchase.
